Appreciate the detailed modelling, Lucia. We ran the draft schedule through our forecasting stack and confirm the projected staking participation curves. We recommend adding a communication milestone before phase three.

From an operator perspective, the glide path looks workable if we have at least four weeks notice. I would back including operational readiness checks before the phase transitions.
